Revenue-based Financing vs Equity (dilutive) financing

Randall Lucas of RevenueLoan contributed a quick, concise article to RevenueBasedFinance.com about the difference between Equity (aka dilutive) financing, and Royalty/Revenue-based Financing.

Simply put, it’s the fact that RBF trades growth capital for a part of current revenues, whereas equity trades for the residual long-term value of the business.
